एका अपघाता नंतर मला Spondylosis चा त्रास सुरू झाला. पाठीच्या मणक्यातील गॅपमुळे नस दबली व पायापर्यंत वेदना सुरू झाल्या. MRI नंतर डॉक्टरांनी शस्त्रक्रियेचा सल्ला दिला, पण शस्त्रक्रिया अयशस्वी झाली तर आयुष्यभर अपंगत्वाची भिती होती. अशातच आमच्या फॅमीली डॉक्टर च्या सल्ल्याने स्पंदन स्पाँडिलोसिस क्लिनीक मध्ये न्युरोथेरपीचे उपचार सुरू केले. साधारणत: अडीच महिण्यात असा काही आजार होता हे पण मी विसरून गेले. सुर्य नमस्कार करण्यास सुरुवात केली. अत्यंत आनंदाने सांगते की आज मी Aerobics करते. काहीच त्रास होत नाही .
